Return and Refund Policy

In accordance with French law, you have 14 days from the date you receive your order to exercise your right of withdrawal, without having to provide a reason for your decision.

How to Make a Return ? First, contact us by email at contactsairoo@gmail.com indicating your order number and the reason for the return. We will respond within 48 hours with instructions on how to proceed.

Return Shipping Costs : Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility, except in the case of a defective product or an error on our part.

Damaged or Defective Products : If your product arrived damaged, contact us within 48 hours of receipt and include photos. We will offer you a full refund or a replacement at no additional cost.

Refund : Once your return is approved, the refund will be processed within 14 days to your original payment method.

Exceptions : The following items cannot be returned: opened hygiene products, personalized products, and products clearly marked as non-returnable.
