Terms and Conditions of Sale

1. Scope of Application: These Terms and Conditions of Sale apply to all orders placed on the Airoo online store by any consumer (a non-professional individual).

2. Prices : Prices are listed in euros, including tax. Airoo reserves the right to change its prices at any time. Products are billed at the price in effect at the time the order is confirmed.

3. Availability: Our offers are valid while supplies last. If an item is unavailable after you place an order, we will notify you by email and issue a full refund.

4. Payment : Payment is due immediately upon placing the order. Your payment information is secured via Shopify Payments.

5. Shipping : Orders are shipped according to the terms described in our shipping policy. Delivery times are provided for informational purposes only.

6. Right of Withdrawal : In accordance with French law, you have 14 days from the date of receipt to withdraw from the purchase, subject to the terms of our refund policy.

7. Legal Warranties : All products sold are covered by the legal warranty of conformity (2 years) and the warranty against hidden defects, in accordance with the French Consumer Code.
